Delete Your Play Care Account

To request deletion of your Play Care account and associated data, email playcarebd@gmail.com from the mobile number or email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account."

What we delete: your guardian profile (name, mobile number, gender, address, email, photo), your password, and the profile information (name, photo) of any children linked to your account.

What we may keep, and why: records of past visits, payments, or sessions already completed at the counter, which we retain under our general business, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations. This information is retained separately and is not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.

Timing: we verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

You can also remove an individual child's profile at any time, without deleting your whole account, from Account → Babies → Remove inside the app.
