This is the support page for Play Care – A Kids Fantasy, the guardian app for Play Care. If you have a question, run into a problem, or need help with your account, we're here to help.

Common topics

  • Signing in — use the mobile number you registered with the counter, or create a new account with a one-time SMS code.

  • Membership and Baby Care — purchases, renewals, and subscription changes are handled in person at the counter; the app shows status only.

  • Notifications — enable notifications in your phone's settings to get session, payment, and membership alerts.

  • Family and guardians — add or remove babies and guardians from the Account tab in the app.
